The listings

Events come from public sources and community submissions. We do our best to keep them accurate, but details (times, prices, availability) change — always confirm with the venue or the original posting before you go. VibeRVA isn’t the organizer of listed events and isn’t responsible for them.

Submissions

If you submit an event, you confirm you have the right to share the info and that it’s accurate. We only list events hosted by established Richmond businesses or venues, and we review submissions before they go live. We may edit or decline any submission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app — no scraping at scale, no spam submissions, no attempts to break or disrupt the service.

No warranty

VibeRVA is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from using the app or attending listed events.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
